Creating A Better Rep To Retailer Relationship With Our Latest Update
The latest version of Envoy B2B has arrived. As always, we release updates every quarter with new features, fixes, and improvements to the platform based on real feedback from our brands, reps, and retailers. Here’s a quick rundown of the updates we’ve made to the platform in this release.
Orders Menu in Header Moved to Main Navigation
The Orders icon that was in the top header has been removed. Now the Orders submenu includes quick access to creating orders, recently ordered products, and recent order drafts. This makes order-related actions easier to find and faster to access.
Support for Multi-Location Inventory
The B2B now supports multiple inventory locations, enabling more accurate inventory management across warehouses or fulfillment centers. Brands can create and manage inventory locations through a new Inventory Setup dashboard, assign customers to a specific location, and ensure all inventory views and exports reflect the correct assigned location. NetSuite integrations have also been updated to fully support location-based inventory and customer assignment.
Images Added to Order Kit XLS Exports
Order Kit exports now automatically include product images in the generated XLS file. Since most orders are small and users prefer visual exports, images will be included by default without requiring an additional selection. This provides a clearer, more user-friendly export experience.
Catalogs Added to Products Menu
Active catalogs are now displayed directly in the Products menu for quicker access. Users will see their catalogs listed in the same order as the catalog dropdown in product search, with All Products always pinned to the top. Selecting a catalog automatically opens product search with that catalog pre-selected.
Option to Export Only Available Products on XLS Order Form
A new export option is now available when generating order forms. Users can choose to include only products that are available on or before the selected Requested Ship Date. This helps ensure exported order forms reflect real-time product availability and reduces confusion when planning shipments.
That’s all folks! But if you want to learn more about Envoy B2B, wholesale strategy, and how to get the most out of your wholesale channels, feel free to reach out - we're happy to chat.
