We have a relentless drive to make Envoy B2B the premier wholesale B2B platform. That means delivering constant updates, new features, and expanding our list of integrations - all delivered to every user on a quarterly cycle. This month, we rolled out the latest update to Envoy B2B. Below is a summary of the new features and enhancements included.

Introducing Our New Shopify Turn-key Integration

The flagship feature of our latest release is our new Shopify integration, providing seamless synchronization between Envoy B2B and Shopify. Brands can now manage Shopify as their central commerce hub while using Envoy B2B as their dedicated wholesale storefront.

This turn-key connection syncs products, pricing, inventory, and customers, while also supporting order submission and real-time status updates—eliminating manual entry, reducing errors, and keeping both platforms up to date.

We’re very excited about this integration, and the options it opens up for new and existing Envoy B2B users.

Other New Features

Prompt User to Split Shipments Upon Review

When submitting an order that contains both available and unavailable products, the validation modal now includes a Split Shipment button. This allows users to split orders directly from the modal instead of having to navigate back to the order edit page.

Add “Warn” Option to Available Date Settings in Catalog Settings

A new Warn mode has been added to Available Date settings. When enabled, users attempting to order products that are not yet available based on their available date will see a warning modal during order review. The modal includes a “Proceed Anyway” option, allowing the order to continue if all other conditions are met, while still alerting users to potential availability issues.

 Exclude ATP from ATS

A new “Exclude ATP from ATS” setting is available in Catalog Edit. When enabled, ATP values are not included in ATS calculations, and ATP values with dates in the past are hidden. This allows brands to control how ATP data impacts ATS figures and ensures outdated availability information is excluded.

Set an Available Date Offset per Catalog

Brands can now set an Available Date Offset for individual catalogs, allowing product available dates to be shifted by -21 to +21 days. This feature accommodates regional shipping variations and applies the offset to all products within the catalog. The default offset is 0 days.

Manage Catalog Publishing and Order Exclusions

Catalog Edit now supports excluding specific customers, sales reps, or users from viewing a catalog, as well as excluding certain customers from having orders placed for them. These settings mirror the existing “Who can view…” and “Which customers can order…” options, making catalog access and order restrictions more flexible and easier to manage.

Manage Booking Deadlines on Catalogs

Brands often operate with multiple booking cycles tied to different shipping timelines, such as pre-season orders, in-season replenishment, or staggered product launches. Catalogs can now have multiple booking deadlines, each tied to its own unique start ship date. This allows for more precise control of order timelines within a single catalog.

Select an Override Primary Price List on Catalogs

If you need to manage catalogs that use unique pricing strategies, such as closeouts, promotional events, or region-specific offers, then this feature is for you. The Override Primary Price List option solves this by allowing you to assign a different price list at the catalog level. This ensures that catalogs like closeouts can display their own pricing while standard catalogs continue to use the default pricing.

*Does not apply to brands with the NetSuite integration.

Internal Users can Restrict Exported Quantities to Customer Level Thresholds

Internal users now have the option to export inventory using customer-level thresholds rather than internal values. When exporting UPCs, ATS, or Assortment XLS files, internal users (reps, CSRs, etc.) can select a new Use Customer Threshold checkbox, ensuring the exported data reflects the “External User Max Inventory” values defined in the catalog settings. This update makes it easy for sales reps to share accurate, customer-facing inventory levels while still maintaining internal visibility.

Override “Hide Products with No ATS Inventory” on Specific Products

Brands can now override the catalog setting to hide products with no ATS inventory by marking select products as always visible. A new checkbox, Always show product regardless of catalog Hide Products with No ATS Inventory setting, has been added to both the Inventory Behavior section of product edit and the multi-select Edit Inventory Options action on the product setup dashboard. This gives brands finer control over product visibility.

Manage “Allow Drop Ship” on Catalogs

Catalogs now include a new Allow Drop Ship setting within the Shipping Options section. This setting works in conjunction with customer-level drop ship permissions: when both are active, drop ship is permitted; when one is inactive, drop ship is not allowed. This gives brands greater flexibility in controlling shipping options at the catalog level.

Export Price Lists

Users can now export price lists directly from a catalog using the Actions dropdown, with options for both Excel (XLS) and PDF. Exports respect all price visibility settings and are only available to users with price access. This provides a simple, consistent way to share or print customer-ready price lists.

Always Getting Better

For over a decade, we’ve been the only wholesale B2B platform releasing quarterly updates, to every user on our platform, without splitting features off into extra revenue streams. Every brand gets every update, at no extra charge. This latest release is opening new options and workflows for our brands with a turn-key Shopify integration, and we can’t wait to build upon that. Stay tuned to learn more about the improvements we make to Envoy B2B every quarter.
